For components manufacturers, to ensure good products quality, they have to monitor vacuum multilayer press every day, and capture heating rate, temperature, cooling rate and other parameters.

According to customers’ requirements, Curestar developed solar thermo detector.  Six channels laminate thermo detector adopted 8mm ultrathin recorder, matching with insulation cover, it can put into laminating machine together with components. It has 25 min temperature resistance under 150℃, which finish the temperature measure perfectly. It provides detailed temperature date and curve to relevant department.

Six channels thermo detector is relatively simple, but for customers with high requirements for test precision, it can help capture temperature difference and changes for laminating machine.

Meanwhile, this thermo detector can overcome severe environment, which can test all temperature data in the monox coating procedure and save much time and cost.
